The Real Warriors of Covid-19 in India: Sewa Bharti and Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee

By Prof. (Dr.) Dilip Kumar and Pragya Sharma

The Real Warriors of Covid-19 in India pays tribute to Sewa Bharti and the Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee for the selfless work they carried out during the pandemic. Written by Prof. (Dr.) Dilip Kumar, Head of Journalism and Mass Communication at the Management Education and Research Institute, New Delhi, together with his student Pragya Sharma, the book draws on research by volunteer researchers and on material from media sources, websites and YouTube. It is about hard times and how people came forward to show their humanity, demonstrating that a group of people with pure intentions can achieve anything, no matter what the situation is.
