The Last Screenshot of the Residency Gate

By Adeeba Rashid

When eighteen-year-old cybersecurity analyst Navya Pillai checks into a luxury Andaman resort, she expects sun and silence. Instead she finds a locked cloud folder that refreshes only while she sleeps, a journalist she once called a liar who is now her only ally, and a viral activist account secretly run by the very institution it claims to expose. As evidence vanishes from official servers and the case edges toward permanent closure, Navya must decide how far outside the law she is willing to go to keep the truth alive before the last screenshot disappears forever.
