Inside the Vanishing Playlist

By Prashant Mishra

Harsh Venkataraman, 23, expects a temporary assignment in a Himalayan homestay village to last only six weeks. Instead, discovers a hidden camera feed inside a second-hand phone, drawing Harsh into an investigation with a colleague who may be protecting the culprit. Their search exposes how the missing person has been living under a protected identity. Suspense builds when someone begins recreating private memories in public, forcing them to decide whether to walk away from the career they built. A trail built around a rehearsal recording captured by mistake leads to a reversal: the person everyone mourned returned for reasons more dangerous than revenge. A quieter thread requires the characters to coach a teenager facing suspension, while a festival deadline leaves no room for delay.
