Behind the Red Court File

By Prashant Mishra

Rizwan Mirza arrives at a new university outside Ahmedabad expecting six quiet weeks of a nursing placement, but a childhood photograph pinned to a missing-person appeal pulls him into a conspiracy older than the campus itself. As he digs deeper with a colleague who seems to know more than she admits, every file he opens and every archive tape he restores tightens a noose around someone he has started to trust. Behind the Red Court File is a dark, suffocating thriller about the price of speaking up when the institution, the evidence, and the person you love are all pointing in the same direction but not toward the same truth.
